Turning off Avast from System Tray
Locate the system tray at the right side of the Taskbar and right-click on the Orange splash-like icon.
Choose the Avast Shields Control option.
Tap on the disable permanently option and confirm that you intend to disable all of the shields. Also, there is the option to disable Avast for a limited period of time like 10 minutes, 1 hour, etc. Choose what is best suited for you.
Turning off Avast through Settings
Launch Avast and tap on the menu icon from the top right corner.

choose Core Shields.
