Aakash 4 will be available in the market in one or one and a half months. What’s most shocking is the inclusion of 4G connectivity, alongside WiFi, 2G and 3G. The device will have 4GB of on-board ROM, which will be expandable up to 32GB via microSD. That’s pretty much all that’s known about the device, apart from the fact that it will also sport a front camera. Sibal also mentioned that the Directorate General of Supplies and Disposals (DGSD) had already floated the tenders for the tablet, which does make one believe that the device will be in time for April. With an expected price tag of just Rs. 3,999, the device is bound to be at least as popular if not available as the previous models of the Aakash tablet.
